This privacy policy applies to the use of Eurocase Education software applications, developed for mobile devices on Android. The use of these implies its acceptance without reserve to every single provision included in these. Be the case that those provisions were not accepted, the applications afore mentioned shall not be used. ACH Technology Inc reserves the right to modify, totally or partially, this Privacy Policy, which will be noted in the update of the application.
1. information that the application is obtained and its usage
a. Data entry by the user
The application may obtain data provided by the user when prompted. Certain personal data shall be used for the purpose it was compiled.
When the user registers with Eurocase Education from Tabi devices and uses the application, he shall generally provide (a) the user’s name, email address, age, password and other registry information, (b) the information related to the transaction, for example, while purchasing, answering to any offer or downloading a Eurocase Education application, (c) the information the user provides when he communicates with Eurocase Education in seek of help, and (d) the information of the credit cards used for the purchase and use of the application.
b. Protection of personal data
As a general principle, these applications do not share nor reveal information obtained, except when authorized by the user, or in the following cases: I) When it is required by a competent authority and prior to the fulfillment of the corresponding legal step and II) to safeguard the integrity of the other users.
The user shall be aware that if he voluntarily reveals personal information online in a public area, that information can be compiled and used by others.
Eurocase Education may use the information provided to communicate with the user from time to time to offer important information, news and marketing promotions.
c. Information automatically compiled
Likewise, the application can compile certain information automatically, related to the use of it and the production of content the user may have generated. Such information remains in the device, prepared for optional connection to a system of portfolio management from the same developer, which the user will be able to enable. That information shall not be shared with any other system or user.
Does the application gather information about precise location of the device in real time?
This application does not gather precise information about location of the mobile device.
Automatic compilation of data and advertising
Data about the use of the application and the content generated by it shall NOT be used for advertising.
Children
The application was conceived for children under the age of 7. It shall not be used to obtain data of such children nor of children under 13. If a father or guardian enters data of user charge which do not correspond to people over 13 years of age or has provided information about a child without his consent, he or she shall get in touch with Eurocase Education at info@eurocase.com. The company agrees to delete such information from its files within a reasonable period.
Security
Eurocase Education cares for safeguarding the confidentiality of the user’s information. For that, it provides physical, electronic and procedural safeguards which protect the information. Nevertheless, it must be taken into account that, even though the effort is made to provide reasonable security of the information, no security system can prevent all the potential security gaps.
Consent
By using the application, the user accepts the processing of data in the terms of this Privacy Policy. “Process” means the possible use of cookies in a portable device or touching the information in any way, not limited to collecting, gathering, erasing and using the information.
